I’m from New York and my college counselors don’t know the rules for UC. They sent my transcript, with my state exams, known as regents. Now to clarify, I filled in my grades on UC application and sent it. BUT I couldn’t convince them that UC does not transcript until April.
Lol. I don’t think it matters whether or not your transcript was sent too early since there are bound to be quite a few people who have had the same misconception. I would like to say that it won’t have any affect on your admission chances whatsoever and that they would most likely set it aside(trash it).
They will only accept official transcripts from you AFTER you’ve been accepted and you’ve SIR’d to a UC(basically, you send your transcript into the ONE school you’ve decided to attend) which won’t be due until June/July.
