Counselor's status still says "Started".

<p>This is what my counselor's status says on every application (as it should) I've applied to. The status has not switched after I applied nor does it allow her to click anymore "submit" buttons (or so she says).</p>

<p>Is there something else one of us needs to do? I'm confused and I think time is dwindling.</p>

<p>Best thing (and fastest) is to contact your ED college and ask them if your counselor can scan n email your docs directly to admission. Tell them your counselor is having tech issue and time is running out. I am sure college will agree. </p>

<p>2nd best thing : contact commonapp support.</p>

<p>Make sure your counselor filled out every question with a red asterisk. And that each section has a green check mark. Also make sure that they not only answered all the questions for the school report, but also for their profile. A submit button won’t appear until they do all of this. That was the problem one of my recomenders had.</p>
