I applied to Harvard, Yale, and Brown. Didn’t get any likely letters. I don’t think my chances are nil, but they aren’t anything special. I’ve always got U of M LSA Honors college…

I’m not an applicant to Harvard, but I heard someone from my school got in. Is it possible that decisions went out early?

They may have received a likely letter. Aside from that, there is no way to know your admissions decision at this point.

For those who are still concerned about admission prospects in the absence of a “likely letter,” please note that very few attempting to receive admission based on academics actually receive them.

Yeah, the majority of applicants who are admitted do not recieve likely letters. It’s great for the people who do, but for the rest of us, April 1st it is! Good luck everyone!

someone should make a cool countdown for the decisions! If I had the technical skills to do it I would, but I don’t so…someone who likes CS do it!

Until someone makes a better one, here’s mine: [MakeCountdowns.com - Ivy Decisions!!!](http://www.bored.com/makecountdowns/show.php?id=200800)

Eff, I think I messed the time up. 17:00 is 5:00, right? I’ll fix it later.

I’m glad that decisions are being released April 1st- it’s a half day and the first day of spring break! So I can be slightly more relaxed.

April 1st is a Thursday, which means I’ll have Ecology Club, which means I won’t get home until about four. And we don’t have school on Friday, so I’ll be able to spend the rest of Thursday just waiting anxiously.

Eleven more days! Oh gosh.

12 days 4 hrs 15 minutes remaining!!! (and thn then the emailll, i hope the email comez immediately at 5:01 PM)

Last year, decisions came out on 3/31 at 5pm EST. At least they did according to the 2013 decisions thread.

^ Yeah, they did last year, but this year it’s 5 PM EST on April 1.

^^ Yep fuzzyfire (I like that nickname) is right. It’s been confirmed by Harvard.

why was it delayed a day this year?

I don’t think there’s a special reason. I think it was just the agreed upon date.

Why thank you I’m rather fond of your username as well, anonymous93 :)

Well 4/1 this year is the same day of the week as 3/31 last year, I think. Probably has nothing to do with this, but…

hahaahaha good point

8 more days??

^^ Actually it is 8 days 23 hours and 30 minutes… we are getting there!!! good luck everyone!!
