Countdown to Decision Day... 3, 2, 1...

^ Gadad is ABSOLUTELY right. It’s what you make out of your college experience that counts, so much more than where you actually go. Worst case scenario, you’ll be the big fish in a little pond, right?

20 days 17 hours and 48 minutes!!! It’s been a while since someone did the countdown!! anyway good luck to everyone !!!

^I thought they were released on the first? Isn’t that 21 days&some odd hours?

it would suck to get admissions decisions on april fools day.

^Why?

But yeah, it’s 21 days 11 hours, and 8 minutes by my clock.

Because Millancad,

"Congratulations, you’ve been accepted to Harvard! You’re outstanding achievements have been recognized by the admission committee, and we would like you to spend the next four years here at the nation’s number one school.

P.S. April Fool’s! You didn’t actually think you had a chance, did you?"

^Haha, I’ve thought about that too. But I wouldn’t mind if it went like this:

"We’re sorry to inform you that you have been rejected from Harvard Class of 2014.

…

April Fool’s! You got in. Congratulations!"

:D

^ They’ll be receiving my emergency room bill if this is the case come April 1st.

Bahahahhahahahahahahahhaa!! And seeing as this is new (they usually do it on the 31, yea?) it’ll be interesting to see if all the Ivies pull some sort of April Fools thing :D

If colleges were to resort to April Fools’ Day pranks, I would lose respect for them. Most of us are enough high-strung as it is.

As if they would risk the possible lawsuits. Haha.

^how can u sue Harvard for april fools?

I’m pretty sure it was a joke… there’s no way any of the Ivies would ever do that.

Still, it’s possible. Someone might be hospitalized for a heart attack. shrugs

haha even if they weren’t doing that, i would just always be so self conscious. like if i rejected, i would be looking for false hope that it wasn’t true. or if i was accepted, i’d still keep on doubting myself.

I’m totally with bluewatermelon. I’m going to be second-guessing everything!

same here.

What have the ivies ever done that I should trust them?

They also have an excellent alumni legal base, so they’re probably not very afraid of lawsuits. Who really wants a lawsuit, though.

harvard iz gonna have a 6.1% acceptance rate. how do i knw? i knw

I don’t know if anyone has realized this yet, but here it is.

DO YOU KNOW WHAT DAYLIGHT SAVINGS MEANS???

OUR WAIT IS ONE HOUR SHORTER!!!

YES.

Ha, when I first made my countdown clock on Windows Sidebar, I thought I had put 4:00 PM on accident. Then I remembered DST. Moment of infinite bliss.
