Countdown to June 2010 SAT Scores/Results Thread

Thankfully, in my time zone the grades come out at 12 noon. Unfortunately, I have exams the next day. A 2-hour math test for one, that I need to study like 10 chapters and review 2 full copybooks for - in one day. Plus, there’s the Italy match at 5 PM. Awesome.
Safe to say I’m not going to get a full grade on the math, then.

67 hours until scores come out!

the wait wasn’t so bad in december when I had finals and other schoolwork to occupy myself!

Who did you stay with for your junior year fledgling? If you pulled it off by yourself, that would be quite amazing lol.

On a more relevant note, 2 days, 14 hours, 36 minutes, and 10 seconds left.

Slightly apprehensive…hoping for a good curve

Well, I was living with my aunt and uncle, though they both worked long hours and were away most of the day. :stuck_out_tongue: Senior year should be interesting… I’ll be moving to a 3rd high school, and will be living alone in a place 10 minutes walking distance away from the school, probably with my younger sister. I’ll have to look after her full time xD

right now im on a sleeping schedule of going to bed at 12 and waking up at 9, so i don’t know if i’m going to wake up early or what for my scores at 5am. hmmmmm

I’ve been reading some predicitions on the message board, and wow.

I’m hoping for something better than my last result, which was a 1760. I should be able to improve the score, considering I took the test as a sophomore last time, hoping for something above 1900, something above 2000 would be great.

“I’ve been reading some prediction son the message board, and wow.”

^ What do you mean by that?

ps fledgling - how do you quote a message in a post? :)

[ quote]Type the thing you want to quote here[/ quote]

^ Remove the spaces :)

[ quote] [/ quote] Without the spaces.

Nothing offensive or anything, just surprised at how many people are predicting scores so close to or at 2400, not that they won’t achieve their predictions, it just surprised me a little bit.

not just with quotes, but where it’s a cutout from a previous post

billcosby - well youre new to this site, and that’s just how it is on here :)

^^^Yup, I used to be like “yes an 1800 is a good score!” And now I’m like, “Oh, a 2000 pshh could do better”. This website changes you.

somebody please just tell me my scores are gonna be fine to reassure me.

@ Sic_infit
You actually accidentally messed up on your scoring sheet and shifted everything over one.
Be happy with a 1400

hahaha…

Hmm…just realized that I cant quote on my dell mini. Anyways, I totally agree on the “this site changes you” statement. Before finding this site, I would have been thrilled with a 2000, considering everyone in my grade is like, “wow, you got a 18xx!” Now, I feel like a 2000 is a ticket to mediocrity.

This site helped me tremendously with the June SAT and ACT (my attitude approaching it). Waiting for scores to prove it!

I’ve been doing my best trying to give back and help others as well.
