are they gonna be available as soon as midnight hits?

This conversation is TMI, lol.

this is really weird, you guys got to get the real thing

Never feel bad for not achieving a high SAT score, lol. Just do what you can do. I only hope the result I get is indicative to how well I can actually do and not one of those tests where I froze up, etc.

Can someone help me with this question?

The night before SAT scores were released, I was feeling very __________ due to the importance of the test.

A. elegiac
B. indignant
C. nervous
D. obsequious
E. sarcastic

its def E ^^^

""I feel so dumb looking at this thread. You guys are worried about not getting above a 2200. I just want above a 2000. How am i ever going to survive in college if this is the competition? "

Same boat buddy."

Thank goodness I’m not the only one. Not only has this thread desensitized me to scores of over 2100, I have played the fantasy of getting 2000+ so much that it won’t be nearly as exciting if it happens and so much more disappointing if it doesn’t.
Thanks, guys.

SAME here! My hopes are at least a 1590, but after reading a majority of posts here, this has been reduced to mere childs play. :(

I just remembered after an hour of bliss that the results are coming out tomorrow, lol. Hoping for a 2200+. If I get that, no way I am retaking.

agreed xcloudy. But to make yourself feel better look at your percentiles when you get your scores. I did bad last time (1770…lol), but was still 75 percent better than everyone else.

And if you get a 2000 your better than 93 percent!

Does anybody know if we’re going to be able to see our scores as soon as midnight??

^I have the same question, I really want to stay up so I can see them, haha

Haha that is true! Percentiles do make you happy. This is my first SAT, but I did oddly on the PSAT- 72, 70, 49 (give or take). I had “crashed and burned” during the writing portion and misbubbled answers. I was angry, but the percentile was still over 90%. Lol.

Does anybody think they’re going to do considerably better on the ACT?

I got a 33 on my first ACT (plus writing) and I’m not expecting to do too well on the SAT (my first).

^ Not really, I feel that I’m all geared for SAT and know nothing about the ACT, lol.

That being said my ACT is in 2 weeks…better get cracking.

I do, I’m predicting around 2050-2150 on the SAT for the March Test, but I’ve been getting 35’s and 34’s on old ACT tests. For me, I think I do better on the ACT because I’m very fast doing reading and math and the ACT has no vocab, the passages are easier as well as the questions, and the math is a breeze.

Scores will be released at 5:00 AM, EST!

I took a practice ACT and got a score that exactly correlated with my PSAT scores (on the unofficial conversion chart that ACT and College Board put out), so I would say no.
