Countdown to the October 2012 SAT Results

Student Score Reports;

this works if you can’t reach the CB website.

Why I still cannot see my scores!!!

junior - 800 CR, 800 Math & 800 Writing (80 MC , 9)

Are there any international students who have actually received their SAT scores yet? I haven’t and its ****ing me off.

So I am glad you all seem to have done well but seriously, this is unfair. Why should others get results when so many of us don’t have theirs?

You guys, there should be a link that says how CollegeBoard is down and everything sorry for the inconvenience blah blah but to the right there should be a link that says “SAT Registration” and “SAT SCORES” (not all caps…haha)

:D

Can anyone help?

 1. How strange does it look to colleges that I have a 760 CR and 580 Math?

Would people here who improved their math scores say I could bring my 580 up by December to the 600? I have 760 and 720 for CR and Writing and a good Math score would greatly improve my overall score (currently a sad 2040)

Hey shree u must be from HK? u seem familiar. Yes the international scores are weird :frowning: no score for me yet :P

2350! 800 cr/w, 750 math.
I got a 2270 last October (780 cr/800 w/690 m), retook in May but canceled my scores, and somehow managed to do this without too much studying! a year makes a big difference…

No freaking way… My score was a 2010 last time
720 W
670 CR
620 M
This time it was a 1980
670 W
630 CR
680 M
This has to be a mistake. First off unless the curve was super harsh in Math I calculated a 700 in Math because I saw the CC compiler list and I had about 49-50 questions correct. On Writing I got a 9 on the essay but I’m am sure I had to be in the 700’s. everyone said that the writing had two no errors and I specifically remember getting 2 no errors. And then on CR I’m so sure I only missed 1 sentence completion and maybe 5-6 passage questions. A 630 implies I missed around 14-15. SHOULD I HAND SCORE. I AM SO SHOCKED AND UPSET. I was so sure I broke 2100. I’m not someone who overestimates myself I’m just going by the fact that I had many right answers with kids on CC.

order score verification… in math i actually thought I made 2 grid in errors and ended up with a 710 so the curve was harsh in math that i know.

1930 jan, 2110 october.
ecstatic, in disbelief and playing dramatic music. today was a great day!

My score break down (international):

740 CR
720 M
790 W

Pretty satisfied overall but the “low” Math score is kind of a sting, me being a prospective Math major and applying to what you’d call “highly selective” colleges.

Cheers!

Did anyone else feel like they got a score they didn’t deserve (too low)?

@WJSidis YES! I’m pretty mine is wayyyy to low. I expected way higher. I think I’m gonna do hand scoring.

I did significantly lower than I expected.
I scored a 2050 on my January and studied a lot during this summer. I took five practice exam, (mock test), in a test setting and scored a solid 2250. However, on this test, I scored a 2110. :frowning:

Math: 800
Writing: 650 (scored around 780)
Reading: 660 (Scored around 740)

I thought I for sure for sure got over a 2100. I got 2060 in June. 1960 in October, my third try. And it was the lowest of the 3 try’s as I got 1970 first try. This is embaressing…

Will I get into UCLA with

670 Math
660 CR
690 Writing??

my writing and reading dropped a lot…740 writing in january, 660 this time (11 essay, but 59 mc)…I don’t know how I did so poorly on the mc.

770 M
620 CR
650 Writing

Frustrating thing is I knew the math problem I got wrong as soon as I left the test center…damn
