<p>lmao jw, but are you guys generally all extremely smart? because reading you guys debate about these answers and react with disappointment upon realizing you can’t achieve an 800 makes me kinda depressed. so it’s not like everyone strives for such high scores right? you smart, over achievers only make up about .0001% of the high school student population in america…yes? hahha. please reassure me!</p>
<p>so anyway…like… are you all seriously shooting for like 2400s or something? such high expectations? really? haha. </p>
<p>i only just found this site recently and got addicted to checking all the threads with the compiled answers and stuff. i’m kinda paranoid about how i did.
i feel like i did ok overall on the MC, but unfortunately bombed the essay.</p>
<p>Yay, 18 wonderful days to agonize over my scores, only to be met by a more than disappointing end. I feel somewhat pessemistic. :p</p>

<p>I don’t expect a 2400, but I really do want a nice score (2200+), but after this SAT I am feeling that I got a mid 2100. Bleh, I may retake one last time, but I don’t know if it would be worth it…</p>

<p>armaryland17 & others: I can see both sides here; if these people previously took it and got (as I did) something like a 2260, then the only reason they took it again is to get even higher. If they think they’re good enough to get a 2400 (I’m hopeful on this one) then more power to them. =) I don’t think it’s necessarily arrogance if people really worked hard to try to make that happen</p>
<p>^It’s not arrogant at all. If you believe you have the capacity to get a perfect score, and are already at a reasonably high range, go for it.</p>

took the sat physics, expecting 800, i’d put it at 80% chance i get an 800</p>

<p>right now, I wish I could find out my scores, but after a few days back in school, you’ll get back to your normal life and sooner than you know it, your scores will have arrived.</p>
