I am in no way affiliated to the blog owner.

I stumbled upon their blog one day while sourcing for SAT revision materials, found the CR and grammar tips there exceptionally useful, applied them assiduously, and raised my SAT superscore from 2090 to 2340.

Given that you are already hitting 2000, only working harder will make negligible difference in your score. Working smarter will. That’s the way the test is designed.

Would someone request a hand-scoring?
I did 3 subject tests and I practiced alot. Nevertheless, I got 700, 580 and 680…
For the 580 score I must have had around 27 of 75 raw points! Come on, this cannot be happening.
On practice tests I had always 750-800 and this really sucks. :(

I’ll do the SAT I in December and if I score good there, do I still have a chance for the Ivies? :(

Without sounding too conceited, I’m fairly certain my essay was too high level for one of the scorers (which is what happens when you turn a debate case into an essay, I suppose)

790 W
760 M
660 CR - really don’t know what happened…got a perfect score on the PSAT and a 750 or more on every practice test. Maybe filled out the bubble sheet incorrectly? Really upset about this one actually.

Oh well, 2210 isn’t too bad for my first score…parents won’t be happy though.

Wow I’m going to be embarrassing myself to post my scores. To be honest, I’m so mad at myself for what I woke up to this morning and I’ve been in a bad mood since. I made a 1400 the first time in June of this year and made 110 points WORSE the second time I took it, which was this month of course. I made a 1290 and I’ve never been so dissappointed in myself :-(. ehhh… I guess I’ll DEFINITELY take it again in January and I’ll study this time and hopefully make around a 1600.

Hi, I just got a 710, 690 on w and m BUT my cr 500 I am depressed, I don’t know what to do, I am a junior can anyone help with this cr score please:) any thing at all I’ll really appreciate it:( I was almost more depressed When I saw 800’s on cr…

I’m in a similar situation. 780 M, 740 W, but 570 CR. I’m also a junior, so I guess I can take it one or two more times. Anyone have tips for studying for CR?

Took subject tests. I did much better than I thought, especially on physics. I guess it really is scaled heavily.
math II - 770
biology (M) - 730
physics - 690
