My son taught young kids STEM courses at an after school facility for free as community service. The facility counted the lecture hours and padded some hours for preparation. In the end, he received a presidential award. Is this a legit way of counting the hours? Thanks
Is it OK to count prep time? Yes. Did the teacher accurately count the hours? None of us knows.
