the only reason I found out about my acceptance is because I was a semifinalist for a scholarship. They sent me a letter saying how I didn't get the scholarship but did getaccepted about three weeks ago. I still haven't fgotten the formal acceptance package so do not fear.

Oh alright thanks. And congrats!! :)

Emp--don't worry yet! The mail just left our building yesterday around noon. It travels faster to some places than others so again, don't worry. It should be there soon.

Alright, thank you so much UR Admissions for the information!

UR Admissions, in the blog you guys stated that most of the decisions were mailed off yesterday. How much of the decisions have not been sent and why are they still not sent?

99.99% of the decisions were mailed on Monday. There are always a handful of oddball situations that are still being resolved when we mail. That's why we don't say "every decision is out". You should all hear by April 1, which is what we tell you from the dawn of time will be our notification date.

Are these solely freshman decisions or transfers as well?

Sorry I didn't specify about freshman v. transfer decisions. My bad. Only the freshman decisions have left the building. We're still working hard on transfers.

Hang in there everybody!

Thank you!

Accepted - upstate NY

UR Admissions, approximately when will UR mail transfer decisions?

We expect to mail transfer decisions by April 15 at the latest. Sorry I can't be more specific than that.
