I'm going to be a freshman majoring in chemical biology at the college of chemistry :)
I already have 11 breadth credits from AP exams so ESPM should finish all that...
And i tested out of Math 1AB, English R1AB

Also, what should I take for 2nd semester?
The Requirements:
Mathematics 1A, 1B, 53, 54;
Physics 7A, 7B (8A, 8B may be taken in place of 7A, 7B, but 7A, 7B are recommended);
Biology 1A and 1AL;
Chemistry 4A, 4B, 103, 112A, 112B, 120A, 120B, 135, and one of 105, 125, C170L, or C182;
Molecular and Cell Biology 110, 110L.

I’m not too familiar with CoC but that courseload is pretty rough for first semester. If you stick with that, I’d suggest doing Math 54, Physics 7B, Chem 4B and some other breadth course to finish up some of the “series”

Chem 112A is only offered in fall, 112B in spring so you can’t start that series in spring. You can’t take Bio 1A/1AL without ochem b/c the coordinator is pretty strict about it. Also, I wouldn’t recommend MCB110/110L without having done entire ochem series and Bio1A/1Al and probably biochem course too, it’s pretty hard.

I did 53, 7A, R&C, and a technical course for my major my first semester, so something really like your schedule. Hum… it is not a light load but it is not heavy either - around average so this will be a good test to see where you stand. Good schedule, I think.

I agree with the above poster about your next semester’s classes: 54, 7B, 4B, humanities/breadth (maybe Bio 1A if there isn’t a lab. Otherwise don’t take it because Phys 7B has a lab. Labs take 3+ hrs out of your week.).
