Course load in Seinor Year (is it okay to take one honor instead of APs?)

I heard a lot of Ivies look at Honor classes in Senior year with negative light.. Especially since i have been taking APs in my soph and jr. year, if i fall back to honors class in my senior year, would it look like I am trying to take an easier way in my last yr. in high school?

THe only reason i am taking Physics honors is because I haven't take Physics in my high school and i can't just jump into AP without honors course...

then would it be better not to take physics and take another AP course such as euro or AP government?

take the hardest courseload you can feasibly take. i think physics honors would be better because itd look worse to not have it at all. are the rest APs?

Take Physics. It's OK to take one honors and all APs. That is perfectly FINE. No, they DON'T look at it in a negative light. My high school had very limited APs and I took AP Spanish Language and AP Calculus AB (since those were the only two APs, and we're limited to only one AP in junior year and two APs in senior year).

Are you taking another science in addition to physics?

Wait, is physics a course that harvard really likes to see students take? why not just take AP Bio or AP Chem?

You should really look at the FAQs on the Harvard Admissions website:

Are there secondary school course requirements for admission?
There is no single academic path we expect all students to follow, but the strongest applicants take the most rigorous secondary school curricula available to them. An ideal four-year preparatory program includes four years of English, with extensive practice in writing; four years of math; four years of science: biology, chemistry, physics, and an advanced course in one of these subjects; three years of history, including American and European history; and four years of one foreign language.

For example, my high school didn't have AP Bio/Chem/Physics, so obviously, the "advanced course in one of these subjects" did not apply to me.

Wow, xjayz, without cramming with all those AP classes, you were still able to get into Harvard. You must have done something that stands out from other thousands of applicants.

Yes, I am in 2-yr Bio IB HL course so I am taking Bio in my senior year as well.
We have AP chem but it is in the same period as Bio.

Our class offers classes (esp. hard level classes such as IB or AP) in only one period so i have such a limited choice even if they are all offered.
And, I don't think admissions officer would know even that little detail...
....
I read that phrase that xjayz pointed out above from the website.
That's the only reason I immediately signed up for physics to fulfill "physics" part....
