Does anybody have any course suggestions for electives that are interesting with relatively easy grading?

Any particular subject areas in mind?

Personally, I quite liked Stone’s “Culture and Environment” class. It’s a 300 level anthro course on the anthropology of food production systems, it was interesting and the grading was not particularly hard, and Stone’s a good lecturer. There was quite a bit of reading though.

Not necessarily the easiest grading but I’ve found Phil 100 (Intro to Logic) as a good elective. The claim is the mean grade for the class is a B-…I ended with a 97+ easy if you keep up
