Before going to Preview, should I have my classes picked out as well as their specific days and times, or should I only have the names of the classes picked out? Thanks.

You are not expected to have anything ready. I was an overachiever when I went and had my classes with section number prepared for preview, however, I ended up being bored because a significant portion of preview is helping you pick your classes.

I don’t know if preview for UF is similar to UCF’s orientation where they choose classes. However, if it is, my S also had his classes figured out ahead of time. Because of that, while others were sitting there trying to figure out, he’d already plugged in his choices, assuring he had a greater chance of achieving times that he wanted. After he plugged in, he confirmed with an “advisor.” So, if you’re fairly sure that you know what you want … I wouldn’t think it would hurt to have as much info on that as possible so that you might quickly register.
