<p>I am doing the IB diploma so all these subjects are for a 2 year period.</p>
<p>I got a 4(c) in German and English in grade 11 2nd semester. Is that going to kill my application?</p>
<p>I am looking at Cornell ED, UCB, UIUC, PURDUE</p>
<p>Your curriculum is rigorous enough for these schools (my school does only the IB and several of its students have gotten into the schools mentioned in your post)</p>
<p>HOWEVER. A 4 looks very bad let alone two 4s… and it does kill your application to ESPECIALLY those schools. I suggest you get your predicted grades up this year to at least a 5 if not a 6. Otherwise it’ll hurt you. (getting 2 4s and rest 7s would still mean getting a 36/42 which isn’t that great for universities like Cornell and UCB)</p>
