Course Selection Advice?

I wish my school didn't have so many annoying, useless prerequisites. I'm selecting courses for next year, and I was hoping for some advice. My current plan looks like this:

Sophmore
English III 1
Algebra II 1
Health 10 0.5
German I 1
Biology 1
Chemistry I 1
Trigonometry 1
AP Euro 1.5

Junior
German II 1
AP Calc AB 1.5
AP Physics 1.5
AP World History 1.5
AP English Lan 1.5
German III 1
PE II 0.5

Freshman
Grad Project 0.5
Senior Health/PE 0.5
AP Biology 1.5
German IV 1
AP Calc BC 1.5
AP English Lit 1.5
AP US History 1
Technical Drawing 0.5

There's just one problem - I have 8.5 credits scheduled in Junior year, but I can only have eight per year. I'm required to take PE II before senior year, but already have a full schedule planned out. I have serious interest in taking all of the courses (excluding tech drawing, which I only threw in because I needed another half credit senior year), and I'm having trouble figuring out what to cut. The math and science courses are things I'm especially interested in, and I hope to major in engineering.

So, does anyone have any suggestions about what to cut? Or any alternatives?
