Course selection for high school senior

My DD just received her senior class selection for this upcoming school term. She is scheduled to take a College Readiness Math course. When we inquired about that course with her school guidance office, we were told she had low math test scores and were required to take in order to be ready for college math. All of her other classes are AP /Honors.

Will this College Readiness Math course look bad on her transcript when she applies to FSU, UF, UCF or USF?

Her GPA is 3.8 weighted. ACT score was 19 but she will be re-taking for higher score (she suffers from test taking anxiety) but is capable of doing the work in her AP and honor courses.

Please offer any advice !!!! Thank you.

What are her other math class options?

Well she can take a Probability/Statistics course. Other than that, because of her low math scores she is unabe to take any AP math. She has completed Algebra I, II and Geometry, Analysis of Functions (Pre-Calculus).
