Course Selection for Senior Year

<p>Hello,</p>

<p>I am thinking of going for pre-dentistry, and I am debating which two course selections are better for me.</p>

<p>Option 1: Voices of Modern Culture (noob English course) + AP Biology</p>

<p>Option 2: Physics Honors (noob science) + AP Literature</p>

<p>Taking bio will obviously help because dentistry is a science major, but taking AP literature will enable me to skip English in college.</p>

<p>So, which course combination should I choose? For your information, I am fairly certain that I will pursue a career in dentistry or at the very least, medicine.</p>

<p>Do physics. You’ll want to save bio for college so you can get a feel of how the department works. It’s not wise to jump right into more advanced bio courses because what you cover in AP might not always be what gets covered in your college’s intro bio class.</p>
