Hello! I’m going into my senior year, and I want to take more classes than I am “able” to, so I would really like to know your thoughts.
I will be taking AP Calc, AP Bio, Spanish 4, and Business 3, but I have a dilemma regarding the other three possibilities.

Regular vs. AP Lit
I do not want to read ten books (for the year) and I don’t think I want to or am able to write an essay every week for this class. I also heard there is lots of homework, but I really am attracted to how this class makes you a cultured individual and a good writer. Also, I would be lowering rigor by taking regular as I am in AP Lang this year.
AP World History vs. AP Psychology
I have such a strong interest in both these classes and I honestly want to pursue both courses. However, the not-so-little amount of schoolwork these courses entail and the addition of college apps would make taking both classes a bad idea. The AP World and AP Psych teachers are both awesome people and awesome teachers, and I had the AP World teacher sophomore year.
The AP Psych teacher may be out for a few months, but overall Psych is the more applicable and easier class, and it would be a great complement to AP Bio. However, I can take Psych in college, and I probably will as I will likely be a business major who is interested in marketing. I also really like reading books rooted in psychology.
I did take World History freshman year, and I got an A, but I really am interested in history. The evolution of civilization, their interactions, and interconnectedness is something that draws me to history and I dislike the idea of taking history in college.
Piano vs. AP Computer Science A vs. Teacher Assistant
Besides business, I’m also interested in pursuing a computer science major/career. However, this is an AP class and I don’t want to eliminate AP Calc, AP Bio, or AP World/Psych. Playing piano is my favorite hobby (I have been playing for nine years) and this class is an adequate pursuit of it, but very chill. I am also considering being a teacher/counselor assistant, which is virtually a free period which will help with college apps, and it would help with recommendations, particularly the counselor one.
