<p>My son is a pre-IB student who will begin the full IB program next year. He is having a difficult time deciding between IB Art (his passion) and IB Chemistry (they class the teachers recommend). In addition to one of the above he will have Math HL, Biology, Spanish, English, and Biology. Most are HL but not sure exactly how they are listed.</p>
<p>His concern is that colleges will look at Art as the easy way out. To be honest it took some time to convince me that he would be fine with IB Art but after his discussion with the IB coordinator yesterday he got the impression Art would be looked down upon.</p>
<p>Any idea how colleges look at one IB course vs another?</p>
