Course Selection

I need to take another humanities class next year (my senior year) for distribution requirements. I already have taken an English class along with a ton of core curriculum classes that emphasize reading/writing, so I'm not overly worried about English requirements. With that said, I'm thinking of taking a Religion or Philosophy course. Is it better to take a 300-level and show you tried it and probably get a B, or take a 100-level and probably get an A? Or do med schools not even care at that point? I also decided to take religion/philosophy since I figured moral/ethics discussions and more writing would look good, but does that not even matter so then I could take a foreign language class?
