<p>I think the course catalog is based on your PSAT scores. My friend got it and he didn't even apply yet.</p>
<p>ah, that's very possible. they may have sent me two, in fact, now that i think about it.</p>
<p>doesn't mean anything ... some schools just had a bunch left over from their student centers and the students no longer have uses for them - so why not just send some out.</p>
