Is this curriculum for stern students set in stone?

Does one have to take all those classes (minus the math which one can advance in and the natural science which one can place out of)? Are there other classes that one can take that can double count for another major? Is there some sort of grand list for what classes double count for majors?

Go to the advising tab on the Stern page and look at 'forms' to see the classes required for each major. The Stern bulletin will have information about what classes count for which majors. Obviously, the curriculum can change, and I'd trust anything the administration sends you about 2011 over what's on the website, as that's geared towards current students. However, I assume that you can pretty much count on it staying virtually the same.
