Courses that can cover the most breadth categories

Assuming a student in L&S, what courses can cover the most breadth categories?

Candidates:

ESPM 50AC: AC and any one of HS, PV, SBS
ESPM C12 / English C77: any one of AL, BS, PV, SBS
L&S R44: half of R&C and any one of AL, PV, SBS
History 30, C132B, C157, 164A, 164B, 164C, C175A, C175B, C191: any one of HS, PV, SBS
History 160, 161, 162B, C176, 186, C194: any one of HS, IS, SBS
History 181B: any one of HS, PS, SBS

I’m pretty sure you can count a course in only one of the breadth requirements.

[ASSIST Help Pages](http://web1.assist.org/web-assist/help/help-igetc.html)

^“Courses listed in more than one area shall not be certified in more than one area.”

^They’re still useful in allowing more opportunities in choosing your next breadths. For example, I only need to satsify one more breadth requirement, but because of some of my previous breadth courses which are cross-listed, this last breadth course can be from Arts&L, Phil&V, or Historical S.

P.S. In concocting such a list, it’s also useful to note which are upper div (to satisfy the 6 outside upper div credit) and which are AC. That way, you can take a course satisfying upper div, AC, and a breadth. Take GWS 100AC for instance, which satisfies all three and its breadth is either A&L or HS (if I recal correctly).

For my super meager contribution, I know that History 124B is an upper div that also satisfies both the History breadth and the AC requirement
