Courses to take for Statistics PhD?

Hi everyone,

My university doesn't have a statistics department or a statistics major. What classes should I take to strengthen an application toward a statistics PhD and which math classes can I generally avoid (for example, I've read that classes like abstract algebra don't help).

So far I have taken or are planning to take the following:
Calculus I/II/III
Ordinary Differential Equations
Intro to Linear Algebra
Upper Division Linear Algebra
Probability and Stats
Econometrics

Should I take partial differential equations?

Take real analysis. Advanced probability theory is done in terms of measure theory, which is usually introduced in a 2nd semester analysis course.
