<p>Sounds like you did a good job of preparing, which I believe is the whole essence of landing the big jobs... so one last add on question: did you use the offers on each other to get the best deal possible, or did you just take the best of the three, or was one of the companies the star of your list so you went with them regardless?</p>

<p>I didn't negotiate--in general, the Big 4 will not negotiate with you for an entry-level position. This is especially true in areas where you have a lot of competition (New York, Boston). You may be able to negotiate the sign-on bonus a bit, but I don't personally recommend it. </p>

<p>For the most part, the offers weren't too far off from each other and that'll be the case for most people. While certain offices will pay you a bit more, it's usually within a few thousand of the others firms, which is not enough of a differential for someone to base their employment decision on. I made my decision based on the firm with which I felt the most comfortable. I liked the culture a bit better at the firm I chose. I also was able to interview with two partners at that firm and got along well with them, which made me feel good about the company. The offer I accepted was not for the highest salary.</p>
