Hey guys!
My dad is going to make travel arrangements this weekend so I can't update the registration form with my arrival and departure information. What should I do in this case? E-mail them when they are arranged? Thanks for any info!

Email will be fine. But unless you are planning to use something like the shuttle from the airport (for which the admissions office may need to have a list of people who are arriving at certain times), you probably don’t need to let the admissions office know about your travel plans – just let your host know when you get your host assignment.

@mollie: If MIT still hadn’t received my medical release form, would they have let me know? I faxed it to the number on the form a couple weeks ago. Do I need to call and confirm or something like that?

If I remember correctly (and I think that I do), you can bring the release form with you and turn it in when you check in. I worked the check-in desk one year, and I think we had a flag in the system for people who hadn’t turned it in, and we just asked for it then.

EDIT: I mean, so they’ve probably received it, but if you’re not sure, just bring an extra copy with you in case.
