<p>I am looking for further information about the Certificate in Quantitative Finance. Did you hear about it? It is a recognized certificate? Is it a real added value for someone who wants to work in Finance and especially in the trading area?</p>
<p>I haven’t heard of it. But anything with “certificate” sounds cheesy.</p>
<p>The CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) is more highly respected and known in trading.</p>
<p>I think that Paul Wilmott is in charge of this certificate. Never mind. I know that the CFA is highly respected but I thought that it was more useful in Asset Management and Financial Analysis than in Trading.</p>
<p>The CQF is an awesome credential, and caries with it a lot of respect, especially internationally. I would definitely recommend it!</p>
