CR Passages: Do you look at the questions first?

I've found that if I read the questions over first, then head to the passage, I save time on the section and know what to look for in the passage as opposed to just reading the passage blindly.

I skim the questions to mark the lines, taking about 10-15 seconds, and then I read the passage moderately. Not quite scanning but not EXTREMELY thoroughly. Then I answer the questions, always referring back to the passage and thoroughly reading the marked lines (usually with a bracket to the left of right of the text). It apparently has a name. Sometimes jotting down little notes helps.
