So i've been doing a bunch of practice tests from the BB and my math/writing scores are improving, but my CR is varying. I would like to score somewhere in the 600's, and advice you guys have for CR? I have a hard time with passage based reading especially.

I think critical reading can be improved by reading more in general. Reading more good books and quality newspapers, and trying to summarize the arguments and analyze for tone. That’s because you can’t really “study” for critical reading as you can for math and writing. That’s probably why your math and writing are going up, but not reading. Reading just takes lots of practice. You can’t expect to be a good reader if you haven’t been reading much throughout your life.

Just think: What was supported in the passage?

That’s all. You can eliminate at least 3 from that question alone. Apply some reasoning, and bam. Answer.

what do you mean supported?
do you have an example?
