Cramming Bio

Hey everyone.

I'm a sophomore in Honors Bio taking the Subject Test this Saturday. I'd like to take it E, only because that's what I'm learning now. I haven't studied yet.

How can I review/cram and get a practice test or two in before Saturday? What's the best plan for studying? I'm shooting for at least a 700. I have PR, Barron's, and Kaplan. I started taking the Kaplan Diagnostic Test until I gave up... way too much!

What's my best plan for studying before Saturday? I'm going to be home from school tomorrow to study. I'm a pretty average biology student.

Thank you!

This isn’t probably what you want to hear, but lock yourself in your room with those books and memorize like a circus monkey.
Most of the kids that I know who have taken the Bio one took AP Bio in the past. Your best bet would be to take AP Bio as a junior and retake the Bio SAT.

o.o

i am taking honors biology as a freshman and i will take the test this saturday…

At this point, I think Princeton Review is your best bet. Go through as much as you can and cram. Good luck.

Yes, simply memorize as much as you can.

I’m actually taking AP Bio next year, so retaking isn’t really an issue. I just feel like I have an opportunity to do really well now and get it out of the way.

Princeton Review is actually really nice and easy to get through. I’m reading pretty slowly and absorbing the info. How long would it take to read the whole thing in one sitting?

Thanks everyone for the suggestions!
