Cranbrook School- I'd love some help

Hi, I’m a freshman from California seeking admission into the Cranbrook Kingswood school in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan for grade 10 in the fall of 2015. Does this school accept rolling admissions? What is the acceptance rate for this school? Will they ask me to redo the 9th grade?-- I hear that some BS’s do that sometimes.
