Chance me at (Safety/Match/Reach?):

Wake Forest –

U of Washington (in state) –

Santa Clara (EA) –

Pepperdine –

U of San Diego (EA) -

U of Miami FL (EA) –

Northeastern (EA/Legacy) -

Boston U –

Wisconsin -

Loyola Marymount -

Oregon

(Does anyone know if I would have a better shot at Miami FL applying EA or RD?)

bumpppie..

that ACT scores hurts a bit in admissions, I'd suggest retaking it and trying for something from 28-30. As for the schools you mentioned

Wake Forest – Kinda Big Reach

U of Washington (in state) –

Santa Clara (EA) –

Pepperdine – Reach

U of San Diego (EA) -

U of Miami FL (EA) – I would think its a Reach but hey, beats me!

Northeastern (EA/Legacy) - Safety (esp. with legacy)

Boston U – Good Match

Wisconsin -

Loyola Marymount - Good Match

Oregon

The blank ones I just couldn't tell ya. Again, retake ACT!

LMU, BU and Pepperdine are all matches.

thanks, some other replies please! buump

98 views and two posts, cmon now ;(

Wisconsin is a reach with that ACT.

I echo that Wisconson and Wake Forest are clear reaches. Miami and BU look like low reaches. Don't know about Pepperdine, Santa Clara or San Diego. Northeastern looks like a match if you apply EA with legacy. The others look safe. For Miami, check the most recent edition of US News guide; historically, the difference in admission rates for those applying ED/EA vs. RD has been significant, so it may make sense to apply EA/ED. The most important factor that would improve your chances is a higher ACT score, so you think this is possible, I would take the test again even if this makes EA/ED impossible.

anyone else? please

definetly try to bump that ACT score up. Maybe you should try the SAT's?
