Ok here's the deal for some strange reason I excel in CR n writing.....but n math I'm horrible!!I mean I can only answer the 1st three questions each section..n be entirely perplexed for the rest !! I need help fast cuz SAT is n a few days..I tried tutoring n it didn't work! Is it mental? Is there a way for me to have brain transplants with one of u? LOL jk

i really don't know if this is a serious post.
are you joking?

X + 1 = 5
x = 4

win

Yes,I'm serious

my advice would be:
if you're really that bad at math and you want to improve don't take it until you get your issue straightened out.

It's mostly Alg I, Geometry level... Are you passing your math classes in school? If its a psychological aversion testing issue, then you should see an educational psychologist to help you.

I personally feel that math is like 10x easier than the CR section and I think most people would believe me, I'm the exact opposite of you, I excell at math but suck at CR so what is your CR stragety, for math I'm just naturally good but there are some tactics, such as plugging in numbers for algebra questions and using your answer sheet as a "homemade" ruler so that if you need to measure something that IS DRAWN TO SCALE then you can. Just study the math topics you are bad at, the only math problems I'm bad at is probabilty and some pattern questions, be sure to study many pattern questions as there are plenty of these on the SAT! So what is your CR tactics, thanks.
