Crap Stats?? Do I Have A Chance??

Any two SAT II tests are all that are required. There is no requirement to take SAT II Math IIC. The links giving the requirements are here (the second link is the one that is most clear on the tests you must take):

Here it states:
"Two SAT Subject Tests.
These must be in two different areas, chosen from the following: English, history and social studies, mathematics (Level 2 only), science or language other than English."

Also, electriclunch, your stats are hardly as advertised in your thread title. 3.8 GPA is poor????--since when? And your ACT score of 25 is the equivalent of 590/590 on the SAT CR+M sections (1180/1600), when as we all know 1000/1600 is average. As a California resident only a 3.0 GPA and average ACT score of 20 is required to get into the lowest of the UC campuses (Merced). And the only reason Merced is ranked low is because it opened a mere one year ago. Every other UC campus ranks as one of the top 40 public universities in the country--and I'm sure Merced will be similarly ranked in the very near future.
