I'm thinking about either being an engineer or just majoring in physics and double major in something else. But I guess I'll be applying with physics for now.

Here's a list of schools I will be apply to for now:

Safe schools:
SFSU
UCSC
CS East Bay

Reach schools:
SJSU (engineering major)
Cal Poly Ponoma
UCSB
UCI

High Reach:
UC Davis
Cal Poly SLO

Any recommendations or suggestions? Do you think I'll get into the schools above? I appreciate your help in advance! Thanks! :)

You need to calculate your UC GPA. <a href=“GPA Calculator for the University of California – RogerHub”>http://rogerhub.com/gpa-calculator-uc/

UCSC is not a safe school since average GPA is 3,8. It is more of a High match with your GPA. I would suggest UCR since their Bourne School of Enginerring is highly respected and add CPP.
I agree the rest of the schools are a reach especially if your UC GPA is less than 4.0
