Is a major created by yourself not credible?

Not sure, but if you want to make it, you could base it off Cal’s coursework:

[L&S Major - Public Health](http://ls-major.berkeley.edu/pubhealth.html)

you can create majors?

^ Yes. You have to go through a process to get it approved and well-planned and everything though.

See [UCLA Honors Programs Academics](http://www.ugeducation.ucla.edu/honors/individual.html) for more information.

would it be possible to create an economics minor?

^ I would like to do that as well. It may be possible, you’d have to petition and all that jazz though. I’ve heard it is possible but I’m not sure and can’t find anywhere to either confirm or invalidate that possibility.

bus econ minor, bus admin minor, management science minor, concentration in management if you are interested in business you can always look at other ucs and try to mirror their courses and see what goes through, it might even get established as a new minor with more work
