<p>If you want to send in a creative writing supplement to Harvard, do you have to mail it separately, as with CDs or slides, or can you just attach it to your essay and upload it as a two-page document? If the latter, then do you still check off the box for supplementary materials?</p>

<p>Attaching it to the essay is fine; no need to mail anything. For that, don’t check the box or Cambridge will expect a mailing and may regard your file incomplete for some time if they don’t get it. But, be very wary about sending supplements to demonstrate talent in a particular area- they can easily backfire.</p>
