creativity with engineering

i am trying to use creaitivty with engineering as a career. u know...such as innovative techology and stuff......i was just wondering what major i should pick and what college is right for me. just a little advice wll help. thank you!

Look at Alfred University in New York. That university was founded on the premise that creativity enhances engineering. I think it was important in early development of glass ceramics and that corning stuff. But not totally sure.

Go to a school that produces a lot of bachelors grads who go on for engineering PhDs rather than practicing engineering right out of undergrad.

Creativity and PhD go together.

RPI has some interesting programs.

sweeeet but how do i know which colleges have a lot of bachelor grads for engineering phd??

buuuuummmmmmmpppppp

Get into design engineering, where creativity is very helpful.

Look at Olin and at Worchestor Polytechnic. With the emphasis on projects at Worchester, you should have opportunities to exercise your creativity. Olin is associated with cutting edge technology firms, so it would be a great choice. Also look at U Maryland College Park and see is Gemstones appeals to you. It’s an honors program (hard to get into) and seems to revolve around technological innovation, most years at least.

Olin College.
