Just wanted to know out of the 3 credential evaluation services mentioned in the georgia Tech site-

which one provides the best service? I googled it only to find plenty of complaints against each one of them, ranging from loss of transcripts ,to delayed response, to atrocious customer service.
Any advice on which one to choose?
