Credentials Processed - Application Fee = fee waiver was approved?

<p>I selected "Other Fee Waiver" as instructed for QuestBridge Finalists, but didn't send in a counselor letter. However, application fee is listed under "Credentials Processed."</p>

<p>Does this mean Stanford accepted my fee waiver?</p>

<p>Does a complete application fee = fee waiver was approved? I checked “Other Fee Waiver” on the common app for almost every school, because of QuestBridge.</p>
