Just curious, but what are you hours for each semester this year, and for older students, how many hours did you usually have?

I've got 14 and 18. Should be a pretty easy first semester, and it'll get a bit tougher 2nd semester. (I could probably switch that, giving me 18 in the first semester and 14 second. What do you think?)

I think it depends on the faculty.

I was in science, so when you count all of the labs for bio , chem and physics, I was a around 21-22 depending on how the lab went. That was with 5 classes. But I suppose it was like 3 hours less than that because I stopped going to Phys 131 half way through the semester.

Second semester was roughly 23 with 5 classes.

Labs are long...very very long sometimes.

What sort of classes make up your 14 and 18 hours? There are some classes that are definitely easier.

I just meant based on the credits the classes were worth...

Those hours where for 17 credits/semester.

How many credits are you taking, and what faculty are you in?

Science, and 32 total

I'd say your current setup seems fine. Stick with less credits first semester, that will give you time to get used to the city and explore and all that good stuff.

Also, are you not taking many lab classes? Because 32 credits and 32 hours seems to lack all those fun lab hours that I have.

Oh, and I totally meant to say "WERE for 17credits" before.

Ah, well...I signed up for all the lectures, labs, and tutorials, as required. I'm assuming I have enough. :-0

Oh well, guess I'll find out.

Don't worry about it, I'm sure you're all set, I was just wondering is all.

Best of luck this year.
