I want to transfer for the spring of 2012 but i only have 56 credits as of now. It says i have to complete 60 credits by the end of the summer semester so i can take 3 courses to get me up to 62 credits if need be. Does anyone know if CSULB will acccept all of my credits or at least 60 of them? and if i take 62 at my college now and less than 60 will transfer, can i still get in for the spring of 2012? thank you so much for your help.

I can’t answer the credit transfer question, but be aware that, due to budget cuts, the CSU’s are talking about taking applications for spring and then making those students wait until they know the funding situation. If they don’t get the necessary funding then they will not admit at all for the spring semester.

I don’t know how true it is about the not accepting students due to budget cuts. But CSULB accepts up to 70 transfer units.
