Yay, okay. So....maybe that means I will here Weds? Hopefully! Anyway I'm glad I'm not hearing tomorrow, I have a huge physics test on Tuesday.

eeek! That means I might get it Tuesday! bites nails

I just want to know, so I can get on with my life. lol and other apps...none of which I've started...

Did anyone else get similar information?? That some people would recieve on Monday? When I emailed, they seemed to state firmly they would mail on the 14th. (I emailed them Friday).

we are getting some conflicting information out of the office

I think the bottom line is none of us know for sure, but it will appear by the end of next week.

It's rather annoying, too.

ALso- I read somewhere about calling for your decision. Is that possible, and if so, when can we do so?

We've had conflicting info on the calling business, too. We've heard the 15th and the 19th, if memory serves. Anyone else remember the same?

If they emailed decisions, and then announced a date, there woudln't be this problem.

argh!

I called (last friday), got the front desk lady person, who asked me where I live, I said princeton and she said monday. I said have a good day, end of the convo :P

MONDAY!!!!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHH!!!!

THat seems so hard to believe...there's no way peopel coudl recieve on Monday unless they mailed saturday.

Maybe that was made uP? Ugh.

no not made up, according to ppl last yr, they also started recieving decision letters on monday since it took the weekend for them to get to people :)

so yeah, talk to someone from last year ** and ** call them :)

well now we have conflicting info, but i am leaning towards Dow Jones because what he said is similiar to what happened last year, last year people started recieving their letters on saturday the 11th, so they were probably mailed out on or around the 10th, which this year was saturday, so it is possible they were mailed on saturday

actually travis44 quoted the stock guy

Awesome! I really hope that's correct. PLEASE post if you hear from them tomorrow. :)

Its still weird that whenever I emailed them I was told that they were mailing on the 14th. Maybe they decided to hurry up and work this weekend.

Meh, I still don't buy it. I mean if I were a Princeton adcom, having trudged through thousands of tedious applications for a month, the last thing I'd want to do is spend my Saturday finalizing everything in order to get letters out one day earlier and thereby appease neurotic teenagers. Of course, they probably have minions to do that, but you'd think they'd be present for the mailing out session, just for the sense of closure. I can only hope that you are all right and I'm wrong.

shurg i'll get it one of the next two days, all I know is that the really nice front desk lady told me i'll get it on monday after I told her that I live on the university side of princeton ;)

now... how to render myself unconscious until the letter comes?

i am so not going to pay attention in school tomorrow

i called this Friday and they said "mid week next week"

so it could be tuesday....i'll love the admission staff SO much if they accepted me and stayed on sat to mail the stuff and i can have my acceptance by tuesday

I agree with both Darwin and Annandale. I doubt they mailed Saturday, but oh would it ever be sweet! =)
