<p>e I cannot get my score up even past 590 on the SAT reading, even tho i cross 700 for math and writing. I took the blue book, and it didn't help on the reading. Sometimes its a rush for time, its not vocab or vocab in context questions, but sometimes words like "studious" which means deliberate, "ominous" means indifferent, or "sanitized" which is a negative connotation. Its questions like these that throw me off and make me overthink. What can I do to improve( not like read more )?</p>

<p>If it is only the vocab part that you are getting wrong the best way is to just memorize vocabulary. There is no way around this, get a vocab book like DH and memorize it. Period.</p>
