On a more serious note, you should read the pinned SAT threads (particularly CR) before posting a really vague question.
Increase your vocab by creating flashcards yourself. Use a list from McGraw-Hill or direct hits and create cards that have good definitions and good clues.
On the passages, try skimming the nonfiction before you do questions.
