Critical Reading, urgent help for November

<p>So, the problem is this. I got 2050 in june. I'm confident of gettin 770 + in Math and writing. Its CR that worries me the most. AND I NEED YOUR HELP, COZ MY PROBLEM IS A LIL PECULIAR...
I get at most 2 wrong on the sentence completion part of CR. (okay 4 me)</p>

<p>I CONSISTENTLY GET 11 wrong on the passages, and the funny thing is - MANY OF THE PASSAGES ARE PERFECT. Its that one 'tough' n stupid passage that spoils the party. 5 to 6 questions go for a toss coz of one passage. This is what happened in June, and what happened in todays practice test (blue book, V-2.0) What can I do in 3 weeks? If that one passage doesn't play spoil sport, i'll be very close to 770 on CR as well. Please help me! And I think that these 'troublesome' passages are more of a literary kind, havin some kinda tone, some hidden meaning n stuff which eludes me all the time. </p>

<p>You should read Noitaraperp’s Critical Reading Guide. There is a link for it under the Best Of Sticky. It helped me jump from ~680 to ~760 right after I started implementing his methods.</p>
