Critique My Resume

Thanks for all of your help… I haven’t had the time to go back to my resume to make changes.

Regarding an objective statement… personally I don’t think it’s necessary. I will be applying to specific internship positions, hence they will know for what position I’m applying already. I’m taking a “Career Skills” class and our professor says that it’s not 100% necessary it’s just a personal preference, and I agree with this.

Also… you could blend in your “objective” or what you are looking for in a cover letter… not all require a cover letter though..

Thanks for your help, I’ll work on it and get back to you guys.

You don’t need an objective line, it’s silly and a waste of space.

Hey guys, I’ve made some changes… let me know what you guys think…

I agree that Garmond or a Serif font looks better… but only when it’s printed on paper. I tried to read it on my screen and I was having trouble with it. For the majority of positions I will have to submit online and I don’t really know if they will print it out or not… if they see it on the screen only they will have a hard time reading it..

Thanks again for your help. And would appreciate any other suggestions/comments… thanks.

Forgot to add the link.. here we go:

much better. i still would change the font though :)

kmizizzle… dont you think it’s hard to read on a computer screen on a Serif?

Let me upload a sample

Ok… this is done on Serif font. Century Old Style…

It looks great when you print it, very elegant. But try and see it on your computer screen @ 100%.. it’s not very readable… if you go into 200% it is…

What are your thoughts?
