<p>Well anyways, when I had XC, we'd run 3-5 miles a day.</p>

<p>in long-distance track we run 2-4m everyday</p>

<p>I don't run XC, but I think our team runs between 3 and 6 miles a day.</p>

<p>By the way, sprinters have more fun.</p>

<p>long days are usually a 8+ mile run plus whatever we do as a warm up. 3-4 miles on "hard" days</p>

<p>I think the most we do is 10 miles, but it's the shorter workouts that are really killer (hill repeats!)</p>

<p>We do 3-8 miles on any normal day. (Beginners = 3, Varsity Boys = 8). :)
